The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.

The rooms are advertised as remodeled which isn't true. We specifically asked about this with tower 5 and we were told all rooms had been renovated.
What we found were dirty carpets the same as our last visit.
No maid service for a 3 day stay and worn out or old appliances. Tv in bedroom was very date,tvs needed batteries fir remotes and the shower caulking was moldy.
