There were no issues with the usual suspects of water spots or mildew in the grout that I find at even some of the more expensive hotels. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast as it did not appeal to my tastes. Nothing wrong just not my tastes. Great stay in Branson. »

« The facility was clean but slightly dated. Our room was extremely humid and had a damp smell even with the a/c running full the whole time. To be fair it was 100\* out the day we checked in. There are several attractions within walking distance including restraunts. The breakfast area is spacious and there's something for everyone. We didn't use the pools but they appeared well kept. »

"Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. "
