Had an amazing few days here! Adriana was super welcoming from the moment I walked in and from that point on, the rest of the staff Aracelis, Zoe, Pedro, Bienvenida and the manager, Xiomara, made the stay super relaxing.
The coffee at Dulcesalado right next door is soo good and the lounge area in the back is perfect. They also have a small kitchen if you want to make teas or warm up food (which I definitely did).
Loved this place and I’ll be back!

There was a long line and no agents working at any of the check in stations when I arrived. I was told my room was going through "final inspection" when I checked in, but then waited over 2 hours for my room. The bellman yelled at me when I called to ask to have my suitcase delivered to my room, and I was double charged for the room. So the stay was overall not at all what I expected compared to the last time I stayed at the Fairmont a year ago. It was a complete disappointment.
