I arrived to my room at 1145pm and my room key was not working. I went to the front desk to find out that they had no one at the desk until 7am the next morning. I had to sleep in my car.

Website description of room is wrong. Pillows are like couch pillows. Carpet had a weird texture, bed frame had noticeable damage.

The staff was very nice people. The issue that I had with the facility was things were broken and ignored. My door didn't lock (I had to hope no one would notice that you didn't need a key), the shower handle was rigged to work, TV went on and off w\hen it wanted, and walking on the carpet always felt slightly damp like the A/C was leaking. the place needs to be refurbished badly.

Roach Hotel

First room, the door would not lock which is a major security issue. The second room had two additional guests (cockroaches). Never again.

Okay so im going to be the most honest review you have and i dont mean to be rude i loved the hotel the stay was amazing nothing could replace the experiance i had there i mean nothing will replace it. Mainly cause of the respect i got and the people that helped me have a bed. Even if i had to pay for it there was a very special reason not sexual for me but more promising. Anyway heres the blunt truth. Very good hotel staff was respectful but the clanliness needed a tiny bit of work if the hotel ceo makes enough or the hotel is able to afford services id get the small ant problem fixed in room 221 i did check everything im a stickler but just cause i want to help...im a very creative thinker...anyway the sheets pillows and bedding where good but if you where to clean the mattresses that would be good i guess if i where to do a diy clean id use a steam vac or like try to get them from that color to almost white...the showers where good st night but the hot water is set i believe to be almost a luke warm or kinda steamy temp but not steaming in the way of hot but like a good way to get clean they did provide a drain plug for the bathroom tub which really helped me and let me soak my wounds oh the doors the door to 221 needs its bolt not fixed but its regular door mechinism that locks into the frame of the door needs to be replaced i kept having to jiggle that out and shut the door

Gross.... Just gross

This hotel was the worst. Beds were not the sizes we booked. Cigarettes under the bed. Wreaking of smoke inside and out. Spiders in the shower. Blood on the bathroom wall. Holes in the carpet. Hair in the bed. Furniture looks to have been chewed up. Front desk is no help, but friendly. We didn't even stay. Our kids were grossed out and coughing.

It was filthy! Trash in staircase, room reeked of smoke! Sink didn't drain. Roaches in bathroom! Sticky substance on bedroom walls. Used "items" in bathroom toilet. No hot water! My husband and I slept in full clothes to avoid skin contact with bed linen. Kept sneakers the entire time due to dirty floor. This place should be shut down!

The breakfast is from 6a to 9a. It is easy to access, right off the interstate. UberEats and DoorDash both deliver to this location. It is about 20 minutes from Ben T. Davis Beach and ZooTampa at Lowry Park. The pool was clean and in a good area.
