6 br, 4 bath (two complete duplexes) w/ high end amenities, centrally located in Tampa Heights minutes from Downtown, Armature Works, Riverwalk and more! Also can be rented separately!

The main building is a Duplex which are separate units. One upstairs and one downstairs. Each have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeps 10 comfortably with 5 beds and a sofa bed(king, queen, full, twin, and a twin trundle bed)

Was charged the maximum amount for scratching “6 stairs”.. requested the pictures of all the damage and invoice(which as stated in the contract I’m allowed to get) what was sent to me was not proof. I was sent the picture of ONE stair and a made up invoice. Thinking about pursuing legal actions since they clearly don’t understand how the contract they asked me to sign works
