Located on beautiful Rocky Point Island, Sailport Resort is just minutes from Westshore business district, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport but without the noise. The Space: Pardon our Progress! For the next few weeks the resort is undergoing renovation. Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience Waterfront condo with gorgeous views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal waters of Tampa Bay, this third floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to a Peaceful Paradise. With one queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Both cable and internet are provided. As you begin your adventures every morning, guests can enjoy sipping coffee from our complimentary coffee station while taking in the panoramic views of the bay on the balcony or from inside. There was live roaches, crawling around the kitchen in addition the roach eggs laying on the floor against the baseboards. There was so much hair in this entire unit that I could make a wig for somebody. In addition, I reached out to the property management company and they just brushed us off. The food and service at the grill was great, the fish tacos, breakfast and everything we ate was delicious. Music at the grill in the evening was good too. My only small disappointment was nothing was close enough to walk to like other restaurants or grocery store. We Ubered and did not rent a car because we thought we could walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Was glad the grill was so good. The bedroom is small and does not have a direct door to the bathroom that makes middle of the night bathroom trips a little harder for us close to 70 but overall a great place and would recommend. ##### Kevin T.
