I booked this house, after booking the host messaged me stating that she couldn’t have us as she had some pipping issues therefore she had to cancel the reservation. She refunded me part of the payment, Vrbo was contacted as I didn’t why my full refund. They said she had to cancel the reservation on her part, I spoke to her and she said she was going to cancel the reservation on her part so I can get my full re fund. That never happened, I messaged her again no answer and until today I haven’t gotten my full refund. Horrible experience, service, communication. I will not recibe booking this house unless you want money to be stolen from you. ##### Martin N.
