Talofofo Vacation Packages

I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was working.) so that was a bit disappointing given that I was told that is was working which in fact wasn’t. Aside from that my family and I did love the room, the floor by floor parking, the kids playroom, and the fact that the place was near boonies. So that gave the kids entertainment enough.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Nikko, and while I enjoyed my visit, I wanted to bring a few matters to your attention. I noticed that the bathroom appliances are in need of some TLC or replacement, and the tiling could also use some attention. Despite these issues, I am confident that things will improve, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I wasn't there. Just pass by the Gym and looks pretty good!

The entire resort is dated and could use a serious refresh. The furniture is worn out inside and out. The beach amenities are old, falling apart, and lacking. However, it is a nice stay, in a close location to downtown, and all the staff are great!
