"Front desk Desk ladies were funny. The place was very warm. Had a nice view and close to the nightlife. Only disappointment at all is that we got charged for parking, but it said parking was included when we booked online."

"We did not make it to the place got snowed out on the mountain but the hotel quickly said they would give me a refund even though I booked it saying no refund they where understanding and checked on us after we didn’t show up when we thought we would be there thank you top service "

"pros: was clean, had lots of towels and toilet paper, good ac/ heat, fast wifi. cons: shower took a awhile to warm, couldn’t connect to any streaming services overall: would book again loved the price and the room. "

"During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg! "

"The staff was great. The room was wonderful. We had a river view room and it was so peaceful. Just so happened that we were there during an 8" snowfall and most everything was closed. They kept the kitchne open for room service and we were able to enjoy our couples massage at St. Somewhere even while being short staffed. Very nice!"
