Beds are damaged ,my kids are complaining their back is hurting from the bed,I checked underneath the mattress theirs some towels under mattress is holding the mattress up cause the bed is already damaged

I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance.
You don’t compromise living space for location. The unit is large, well equipped and very well maintained. Being on the third floor allows you to open windows for a nice breeze which is great in the summer. Secured off-street parking is a huge plus. I’m hard pressed to find any shortcomings. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen which was a bit odd. I guess sharing a wine glass with my wife was the most inconvenient part of the stay. So, I will give it 4.95 out of 5 stars.

A lovely hotel with beautiful views. Very nice restaurant with very good breakfast & dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very disappointed to find the pool out of order after our long drive, guess we should have rang ahead. Bedroom ok, bed & bedding good. There was an air on unit set up and plugged in but it was dead, there was a fan that was incredibly loud at night. Also most of the light fixtures didn’t seem to work. Shower was ok. A nice short stay but questionable if it was worth £150+ considering the lack of pool as that’s the reason we booked it.
