Room is clean except for shower ceiling where it looks like there is mold. Otherwise everything is clean and amenities such as kettle for making tea towels tissues all very good.
Location is in a very good area with lots of choices for restaurants
Front desk staff extremely helpful
Buffet breakfast is reasonably good. Dinner was very tasty

Check-in took an hour!!!! Also laundry service was poor - each person at reception promised something different - and we ended up having to take unwashed clothes to Easter Island… Restaurant and rooms were fine.

We were supposed to get breakfast in a pack as we were leaving earlier and we didn’t. We paid in the room for the room service and then they tried to charge it again when check out, luckily we had a receipt.
