Oct 26, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 整體住宿感受不好，到第四天受不了都要再轉地方住了。 好的是 • 比較近捷運站，走大概八至十分鐘就到了 • 樓下附近有很多餐廳和小店，也有便利店和全聯，晚上不怕沒有東西吃 • 入住登記時間到晚上十一點左右 • 房間有一個小的雪櫃 • 有準備的洗澡的用品，毛巾、沐浴露、紙杯 不好的是 ☆ 真的很髒很不好 • 房間整潔度需要提高，每一幅牆上都有一點點的蟲子，衣服都不敢掛了 • 隔音真的很差很差，凌晨三點上層還是隔壁，有人在敲東西，電視的聲音，要不就是外面在唱歌的聲音。早上隔壁在刷牙也聽得到 • 地板上也有黑色一點點，應該是之前入住的入吸煙的煙灰造成 • 想開電視，但開不了，第二天再找前台人員幫忙，一進來就找他口中那個第二個遙控，還說應該有兩個。你們整理房間不是應該檢查所有設備是否全齊的嗎？我怎會知道你們有兩個電視遙控？ • 第一天睡的時候，給感覺到有東西在咬，完全睡不了。 • 浴室地板是一顆顆的小石頭，要穿鞋子洗澡和進入進出 • 第二天前台打來要不要清潔，我們說翌日早上來吧，結果出去晚上回來，還沒有整理！第四天還是一模一樣，完全沒有整理沒有換。 • 有部分前台人員的態度需要改善一下 如果你是預算比較低，預期不高，簡單想有床、可以洗澡的地方可以考慮，或者是住一兩天。但如果是來三天或以上的旅行，建議考慮更好，不要貼錢買難受就好。之後也不會再選擇他們這家。 ##### ?
