But the hair dryer wasn’t prepared, and when I asked, they tried to say they have it n guide me to find it. Since I’ve been staying this hotel quite often (3 months once) I told them was not there, 2 times, then they said they will deliver but they didn’t so I called again. I think it’s ok to miss out sometimes but when called, should send right away, as customer already lost patient when the hair is wet and couldn’t find the dryer. The good thing of staying often compare with many other hotels in town is bcoz this hotel has individual air-con, can switch off and can adjust. Sound proof, and room has window. The bed n mattress is good. Location is good. Often has some hotel which pic of room looks nice but the building itself looks very unsafe, don’t have sound proof at all and super cold n dry in the room due to centralized conditioning. Value to the money.
