Room should have been 46sqm and at least one double. English was a massive problem and unable to understand my issue. The booking confirmations did not describe what I booked and therefore unable to show them to help understand and rectify, as far as they were concerned it had 2 beds and that was it. It did make the stay somewhat less enjoyable and the annoyance of not getting what I paid for isn’t great with little I can do or could do. ##### Neil Stayed 6 nights in Sep 2023 ### 6/10 Okay #### HUI TIN Apr 8, 2023 Liked: Staff & service Disliked: Property conditions & facilities The first room that we were given were located at level 11 and it was a very old and dirty room with torn curtains, rusty cupboards, bed frames, door and balcony. Totally different from the photos shown online. Worse was the lights turned on and off by itself, the sound of the aircon was also getting louder as the sky gets darker. We suspected if was haunted!! we requested to change the room and was changed to a room located at level 12\. This room was much cleaner.. but the lights at the toilet was also blinking non stop. There were also loud knocking on our wall at nights.. is was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stays. It definitely ruined our holidays. The only plus point is the location.
