本來有點難過選到時尚房，覺得如果主打湯屋的旅館應該全都房內附有浴缸，但卻沒有，是有分房型的，如果平台上可以標示的更清楚就好了。不過很幸運的，當天有人湯屋預約取消，所以我才能加購一千，到湯屋2+1小時泡湯，非常舒服，時尚房跟湯屋的房間感覺很不一樣，湯屋房間濕氣比較重，因為房間內就是浴缸沒有門阻擋，時尚房的空間很大，還有電視真的大的誇張，比湯屋的電視還要大，到最後退房還有點捨不得。唯二缺點就是，一，平台在訂購房間時應清楚標示此房型有沒有浴缸泡湯，二，價格就是頗貴的，但綜述以上整體還是滿分五分的體驗。 conditions & facilities, room comfort Disliked: Staff & service #### 星級飯店的硬體，快捷旅館的服務 整體環境不錯。乾淨、舒適。但前台服務態度真的很差，冷漠、不友善。我們一家四口訂VIP房，卻給一張房卡，第二張要主動開口才會給。進房發現一張kingsize bed實在塞不下四口人，要求加床每晚收一千，五晚收五千。看看沙發勉強可以睡一個人，要求加棉被也要收五百。連續住五天收費兩萬多元，我需求退房晚一小時，也要收費五百。真的是星級飯店的硬體設施，快捷旅館的服務水準。 每天出門都不太想看到櫃檯臉色，電話溝通令人感受口氣不佳，現場交涉態度一樣冷淡，每天出門避免看櫃檯人員，因為看到心情會不好，他們連問聲早安、一聲你好，都不會說。 ##### Verified 在台北市中心就能泡到溫泉，交通和用餐都很方便，這是最大的優點。我選擇的是一般湯屋住宿，分到的房間名字是晴川。房間隔音普通，睡覺時聽得到隔壁跟走廊人走動講話的聲音。馬桶沒有免治設備有點不可思議，現在大概只有廉價旅館或汽車旅館才沒有免治吧......而且廁所有一點類似下水道或公園廁所裡會有的異味。整體來說覺得住宿體驗還算可以，但以一晚3500元左右的價位來說覺得不太值得，2000元左右就會覺得物超所值。建議配合台北市2021年的1000元補助來住會比較好。
