The hotel is clean and in a good location. Food options are limited. There is a high-end restaurant that requires reservation. The bar on the roof is run by a very friendly staff and has limited food options. I would rate it higher but I had to leave two days earlier than planned and they wouldn't let me take those days off of my bill. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but easy enough to find. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the MRT station. The service at the front desk was outstanding, friendly and efficient. The room we booked was very comfortable but also very very small. The bed is comfortable, and the room is very well-maintained. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, plus a great shower and bidet toilet.
