Room was 4/5 clean, not dusty. But there was some mold on the walls and a little smelly. And the air conditioning unit needs an update. You need to hold the remote about an inch from the reveiver in the ceiling for the controller to work. And it either gets freezing cold or I have to turn it off. The bed was firm, nice they provide 2 pillows per bed. The windows and walls are not sound proof.
