Really enjoyed it. Pricey for sure, but nice rooms, comfy beds, and some of the best, friendliest and most intelligent front desk service you’ll find anywhere in the world. I was traveling alone and staff were proactive, welcoming, anticipated my needs without being invasive, and went above and beyond. Deep soak tub was wonderful after walking on a cold, wet wintry day. Interesting area too. Many fun small shops and things to shop and eat. The room was top notch and impressive. I really enjoyed the decor and the spaciousness of the room. The bathtub and the amenities were a nice touch and the location was great with lots of dining options. The only complaint I had was that the room was a bit chilly as it was 19C and I was not able to adjust the temperature up.
