The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has an elevator to the lobby, which made access easy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary food bar — unlimited drinks, cup noodles, snacks, and even small breakfasts in the morning. We hadn’t expected that kind of generosity at this price point. The interior was clean, modern, and actually better than some so-called "4-star" hotels I’ve stayed at in Taiwan. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. I had read some concerns about the area being unsafe late at night, but from our personal experience, we didn’t see or feel anything concerning at all. Overall, this place is excellent value for money and a hidden gem.
