Everyone was very polite and greeted us warmly, which left a great impression. I was surprised to find that one of the staff members could speak Japanese. It was my first trip abroad with my girlfriend, and we had a very pleasant stay. One of the best service I've had with a hotel. Very responsive with messages, personalised, friendly and helpful. Asked for early check in, no problem. I had some personal issues with the room and asked to change after like 5 hours of checking in, they did it without asking questions. There was black mold in the shower and it reeks of water damage. I couldn't sleep with the musty smell. They refused to refund me. The staff spoke very limited English. Was of great use for 1am-3am zoom calls back to US office as my roommate was sleeping. Breakfast is okay. The deluxe rooms are large. Staff were helpful. Only issue, which is temporary, is they are demo and renovating entire 4th floor til late Dec2023\. First day there was jackhammering that you could hear throughout the hotel and i was trying to sleep late due to my 3am zoom calls. Hotel staff were accomodating and moved me to highest floor and construction noise was much quieter.
