You can check in and out next the entrance. There are rooms in auto locked area on the 2nd floor. The hotel is pretty close to the station! But note the following to avoid my mistakes: 1) There is often no staff on site and check in is through a vending machine. My booking number did not work, so I had to call a Taiwanese number to get a new number that worked in the machine. Consider checking the number in advance with them. (Oh, and they have no email address). 2) Make sure to prepay with the booking website. Otherwise you have to pay with cash in the vending machine to get the room key. 3) They will use the credit card number from your booking for their deposit. Be aware of this.
