We liked the spaciousness of the room but we did not feel to e space was cleaned well and the bathroom was small and awful. Small bathroom is expected but the tiles felt dirty with mold and there was a window roller shade within the shower which really threw us off. We also did not have hand soap (received upon request) nor was there conditioner. The biggest issue for us was how we cannot flush any toilet paper down the toilet. This was really gross to us where we refrained from using our bathroom unless necessary and fortunately stayed out most time. Sadly, the day before we checked out, we experienced a major toilet leak from the poor old pipes and from the shower. It was awful. It took them all day to fix and we were advised we would may need to pay for the repair. At the end it took them all day to fix and we didn’t get our room access back until after 10pm and in fact also didn’t use the bathroom at all. The staff were friendly when available (they aren’t on site until the afternoon and could be reached via Instagram).
