お風呂も台北にしては珍しくバスあり、トイレにもウォシュレットがあります。 (紙は流せないタイプ) 現在、客室のリニューアル工事が進んでて日中は少し工事の音がするようです。 フロントは24時間常駐。 台湾華語以外だと英語は対応可能、日本語が出来る方もいらっしゃいます。 台湾華語も英語も怪しいので翻訳アプリ用いたりもしましたが、皆さん物凄く親切です。 事前の荷物宅配・荷物預かりにも対応してくれます。 連泊の荷物預かりは札で管理。 再チェックインもちゃんと顧客情報を管理されてるようで、 ルームキーのみ渡してくれてスムーズに済みました。 エレベーター降りた所に「廊下では静かに」という注意があったり、 ラウンジ内にも注意書きがされていたりと、しっかりとマナー管理されている様子が伺えます。 2階のラウンジは24時間営業。 8時〜11時のみトーストがあり、その他の時間はアイス・菓子・コーヒーが無料です。 アクセスは「すぐ近く」ではないけど「どこ行くにも便利」な立地。 桃園空港からと台北駅へのバス停「台泥大楼」から徒歩3分。 松山空港・桃園空港へのバス停「民權中山路口」、および台北駅からのバス停「台泥大楼」から徒歩6分程度。 台北MRT(捷運)の駅からも徒歩6〜7分です。 ホテルから徒歩1分以内にコンビニ3軒、スーパー1軒あります。 立地・コストパフォーマンス・設備はもちろん、 スーツケースを持っててもストレスフリー。 買い物してホテルに荷物を置く際、2階に24時間使えるラウンジがあり コーヒーを飲んで休憩出来ました。 雙連を拠点に行動してたのでハブホテルは立地が良く、駅から徒歩5.6分で着きます。 ただ残念なポイントが ゴミ箱が小さすぎてゴミですぐ溢れてしまう事と ベッド付近にコンセントがないので 寝転びながら充電できないのは残念でした。 　訪台を何回か繰り返し、観光や買い物欲が落ち着いて来た自分にとっては、まさに暮らすように過ごせる最高なホテルでした！実際、ラウンジでは、勉強をして過ごしている人を何人か見ましたし、私も置いてある本を幾つか読み、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。このラウンジがあることで、暑い夏の台湾で、いつホテルに戻っても、ここで過ごせるという安心感がありました。 　フロントやスタッフの方も変な意味で気負ってなく、自然にしています。でも、サポートが必要な時にはとても優しく助けてくれます！ 　二つの駅やYou Bike ポートが近く、利便性が高いです。お腹が空けば、朝市、小吃店、自助店、飲料店、ファーストフード、コンビニ、スーパーと周りにいくらでもあります。 　部屋はそれほど広くありませんが、使い勝手が良く狭さを感じませんでした。 amenities, property conditions & facilities 周りは飲食店やコンビニも豊富で滞在中、困ることはなかったです。 雙城街夜市は少し離れていますが歩いて行けました。 スケジュールの都合でずっとホテルで仕事をすることになってしまい、2階の24時間ラウンジで無料でコーヒーやスナック、朝は軽食をいただけるのが本当に有難かったです。（朝食は持ち出し不可。個人的には、部屋で食べたかったですが…） フロントスタッフが日本語が堪能で助かりました。良くなかった点は強いていえば、廊下の音がかなり筒抜けで、掃除する音、特に掃除機の音が断続的に響いていました。でもこれは昼間不在にしていれば問題ないことですが。 あと、バスタブの水栓の抜き方がどうしても分からず…少し水を溜めたままチェックアウトしてしまいすみませんでした。 また泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。
