We never needed to visit the commercial district during our 2-night stay, as the resort has pretty much everything we needed, including sumptuous meals and good hot spring pools. The buffet-style breakfast and individually-served dinner were beyond our lofty expectations! We could eat there 5 days straight without getting bored! and the service was good. Measures the resort exercised gave guests confidence under the COVID-19 situation and concerns. The beds were comfortable, the noise isolation measures were effective, the in-room spa was great and the water dispenser relieved our reliance on bottled waters.
