Courteous and helpful staff. Great location. 10 min walk to main road in Banff. Fireplace in room was nice. The rooms could use a deep clean but they were fine for the outdoor feel it strives for.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The property is adorable and peaceful. Jasper is a quick 30 min away and doesn't even feel long while looking at the beautiful view. We loved how dog friendly it was as well!

We went to the Aquafun centre and it was fun for the kids. Los of areas for all ages. My daughter loved the slide.

I arrived in the late evening and drove around town a bit before checking into the hotel. The town looks safe and clean and has plenty of amenities.
