« Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading. They didn’t have another room to offer due to...

« The hotel was moldy and had mildew. Was not clean at all. We complained about the original room they gave of because of the rotten smell and got an attitude from the front desk. They did change our room to a slightly better room but it was still nasty »

« If you can get through the smell of marijuana and people yelling down the hallway, pounding on doors from midnight until 1 AM, you will find yourself in a room that was in disrepair. There were no plug-ins in the bathroom, half the lighting worked, there were stains on the main door and headboards of the beds, a broken chair at the desk, and water damage on the wall by the main window. The positive is that even though the beds were small, they were comfortable, and there was a nice 55-inch TV....

« La chambre empestait la cigarette. L'hôtel est vieux, l'accueil très moyen. Le seul positif est l'accès à la ville et à la plage. »

« The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it. »
