Excellent, safe, fun neighborhood. Great restaurants and shopping - lovely parks close by. The staff is very nice!

The hotel location is great if you’re going to a concert at Shoreline. Super easy to walk to and from and not deal with traffic. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the restaurant is decent. This was our second time staying here and I have to say that we dealt with more issues that seem to be staff not paying attention than anything else. When we checked in, we were given keys that had the entirely wrong room number and floor on them. We made it to the room for the keys to not work, and when I went back to figure out what was happening they realized they sent us to a room that was already occupied. We definitely felt awkward because we had been moving the door handle trying to get into a room that may have had people in it. The second issue came about after we checked out. I got the emailed bill this afternoon to see that someone else’s meal was charged to our room. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my $40 back. I guess that’s my bad for not reviewing the bill before we left, but again, it just seems like mistakes that could be easily avoided.
