"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

"I stayed here for exactly two weeks, and honestly, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. The location is perfect—right in the city centre and within walking distance of town, making everything you need easily accessible. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned every day throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. They were also so kind and caring towards my little boy, making us both feel right at home. Fijians truly are some of the most hospitable people. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine friendliness made our stay even more special. The hotel manager was wonderful as well, making sure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with your family, I highly recommend this hotel. It has everything you need, including well-equipped kitchen facilities, making it perfect for both short and long stays."

"Everything was good apart from not knowing it wasn’t any alcohol serve at the bistro. I was here four years ago and they had alcohol. That wasn’t a big issue anyway."
