Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful and accomodating, they sure know how to make your guests feel very welcomed so thank you Breakfast cashier assumed our breakfast had to be paid for and i politely asked her to double check with Reception to confirm it was included. I totally enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lami — this was my third time staying here and I really loved it. I will definitely be staying here again. The staff, including the security guard, were all very friendly, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I also absolutely loved the view from the room. The bathroom was a little leaky at times, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Other than that, the room was very clean and well maintained, and room service was good and efficient.

My wife and I have stayed at the Novotel Lami a few times now and can't find ourselves staying anywhere else. We love the location, facilities, food and especially the employees whom we have built a rapport with. The view from our room and the restaurant over Lami Bay is beautiful. Our Executive King room was quiet and had the best mattress we’ve slept on during our 2 week holiday in Fiji. Anyone who likes a supportive mattress will love staying at the Novotel.
