"had a very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. I paid $420 for the room, and it was not worth it at all. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning unit was dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating issues was the coffee maker—it didn’t work. I asked staff to fix or replace it three different times, and even after switching it out multiple times, it still didn’t work. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was not helpful or accommodating, which made everything worse. There were also hidden fees that were not clearly explained upfront. Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, unhelpful staff, and unexpected charges, I would not recommend staying here."

Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."
