"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. "

"It is not directly on the beach. You do have to walk up a few blocks to get to public access but for the price and the rooms were really large like we got two room rooms the living room room with a pullout couch and a bedroom with king-size bed plus the bathroom very spacious and a great price if you’re traveling with kids or larger families, you can always walk to the beach and lots of food places close by Ubers in minutes enjoyed my stay in June"

"Stayed here for the night before our cruise. Very close in distant to port terminals. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful with any questions we had. Was able to have breakfast before boarding. "Staff was great. Amenities good. The carpet in the room was pretty disgusting but that's not anyone's fault really. Hopefully that gets a revamp soon. The only other disappointment was the fan humming outside the balcony. I paid for a balcony view and on the fourth floor you can barely hear the waves cause of it. Hotel was good for the price."
