"Yes, this hotel has some deficiency however, I’m going to tell you that it is definitely a vibe and for that I gave it at least four stars. It felt like an island vibe.. lots of seating on the beach. Great drinks. Great music. And great entertainment. I know I will definitely come again. PS. I think my hotel money went to the mattress of my bed because that was one of the best sleeps I ever had."

"Incredible warm, loving stuff. The hospitality went above and beyond our needs and accommodations. From the moment we entered until the moment we departed . Megan did our booking she was phenomenal. Richie was the first friendly warm person we met behind the desk, and Dory communicated with us throughout with any questions that we had . The assistant, general manager and general manager worked brilliantly with the staff and guest. Engaging and encountering to all of the needs. To see a resort come back from such devastation of a hurricane a couple of years ago is just humbling. To watch how they treat their guests into making them feel welcoming and wanting them to feel at home.All are very hard working individuals .My family and I were touched beyond words at the level of excellence. They provided in our accommodations. Lynette and the housekeeping department work extremely hard night and day to provide such cleanliness and amenities that are needed by the guest.
