"Easy parking with many choices of shops around it"

"The bathroom door got stuck and wont close or open as soon as I entered the room. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed, even after that the door wouldn't close properly and my kid had a hard time closing it for the reminder of the vacation. Definitely not a 4 star hotel with the amenities, there is no exhaust in the bath and the pipes are flimsy, the towel holder broke, not enough lighting in the room, checked another room and there was an extra tall table lamp which wasn't there for whatever reason in my room. Positives were the housekeeping and maintenance were prompt with their services and cleaning was done daily. Apart from that, lots of areas for improvement and isnt worth the cost. "

"The room was nice and cool and had a lovely veranda/ garden view room with a butterfly garden right outside our room. Our room was, however, constantly damp, so our towels never dried, not even overnight."

"Our overall stay was among the worst I've experienced. From check in to check out. The staff was indifferent and couldn't care less about your concerns. The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and feel safe for their small children. Staffers did nothing. Bar area's closed early. Food was only served in the bar area, no indoor service. TV in the room was not working, volume was only available through headphones, again staff did nothing. Room service skipped our room twice, had to ask for towels and have trash removed. Overall for the price of over 600 per night, I expected much better. Will never return. Nor will I ever recommend.."

"Amenities were great. Room is a little small. Called the desk for a couple of different things and they never brought them up. Cleaning person skipped our room and after they said they were coming back to clean. "

"I hardly know where to begin — our stay was absolutely incredible!-Communication was seamless, which made check‑in and check‑out effortless.-The views were truly unforgettable. Absolutely breathtaking.-The beds were extremely comfortable, many with stunning views right from the room.-We saw so much wildlife — dolphins, exotic birds, even manatees!-There was no shortage of things to do: a huge pool, a game room with a pool table, kayaks (you can paddle out to a little island!), and a relaxing hot tub.-The hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming.We already miss it and hope we can return soon!"
