"We loved our stay at Colonial Gables! Front desk guys were very nice and helpful. Although we didn’t get to explore the property/beach it was lovely having our own back patio to look out to the beach for the little bit of time we did spend in our room. Very cute accommodations!"

"From appearances, this appears to be another basic chain hotel. However, after staying here we can safely say it is so much more than that! This hotel had beautifully spacious and clean rooms - perfect for spreading out and getting cozy after a long day of travel. What really makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional staff and amenities. Mainly, the amazing breakfast! Breakfast included your standard continental flavors in addition to their created egg dishes (egg sandwiches on croissants one day!) that rotate each day and the real Maine maple syrup to go with their waffle station. So while it looks like any other hotel - this one definitely stands out as the best place we stayed on our Maine road trip."
