"Good parking, quiet place"

"I’ve had good experiences at La Quinta’s for years and this was no exception. Staff was super helpful (my 13 yo was a little upset staff wouldn’t let him make his own waffle ;) and the facility was clean. The beds are moderately comfortable. The pool was a disappointment though. The photos make it look like your average size pool when in fact it’s tiny and only 2’8” deep. The pool deck is lovely though."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. Anthony was mindful of any requests we might have and also reminded us of the evening popcorn, cookies, and beverage in the lobby. Rosalina was courteous and helpful during breakfast services, and we had great conversations with her. I'm really happy we got to stay at this location and explore SLO."

"The most eclectic place I have ever stayed. Parts of the property could use a refresh, but the energy and excitement of the guests and staff more than made up for that. Pool was very nice as was the walking trails and proximity to SLO Main Street. "

"Cute hotel a mile from downtown SLO . Walkable to restaurants and shopping possible. The rooms are spacious with a cute fireplace. and sitting area. You have coffee and es while day at the reception area available . "

Staff very good Management problem: Wi Fi very flaky and mostly not working in room Light switch not working and not repaired properly Bathtub impossible to turn off unless gorilla tight and then can't turn on- so it drips. Again, this is a management problem. Staff tries to be helpful. "

"I checked in around 2am, and left around 7am. Just needed a bed to sleep for a few hours, but I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was. Is it a five star resort with 1000 thread count sheets? No... but is it clean and a great place to stay when visiting San Luis Obisbo? And a great value? Yes. Very nice, very clean, felt very safe. I even had a beautiful view from the shower, where the window opened up to the mountain behind the property. Absolutely would stay here again."
