The front desk staff was always very clear and efficient. Room had a smell to it and carpets were a bit sticky. Pillows were also very thin but thankfully they give you a few on the bed. I will say, the pet fee is absolutely outrageous! It is at least double what I pay for at other places. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, it’s a great place for an overnight stay.

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we come shopping! Customer service was excellent!

It felt like a nice hotel until we got to the room which was just OK, except the bathroom was rather disappointing. The curved shower curtain rod was installed improperly or worn out and leaning down such that the shower curtain kept falling towards the center allowing water to easily escape the shower on the sides. The showerhead had lots of buildup and had clearly not been cleaned recently; it also sprayed hard and remarkably wide, which exacerbated the aforementioned problem with the curtain rod. The toilet bowl was stained. It would have felt on par with peers if the complementary internet service was capable of basic streaming capabilities, but it was really quite weak and I ended up falling back to the Netflix service provided through the Hotel's TV interface.
