"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"
"Simple but comfortable room overlooking the river close to center of town with free coffee and snacks in the lounge area, but the place does not allow minors and it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room rather than having to go down to the lounge every time you wanted some hot water."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which felt new and was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to attractions and public transport. However, the surrounding area could be a bit cleaner, and there was an occasional sewage smell. I also noticed a bit of dust in the room, likely from the bed, but overall, it was a good experience."
