Clean room and surrounding, staff helpful and pleasant, breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay.

It was pitiful never stay there again.

Beautifully maintained and overtly comfortable

I had no issues at the hotel. The room was clean, the TV was a little confusing, but otherwise everything was up to standard. However, I have a billing issue with the hotel. I had an emergency come up and checked out one day early. The staff at the hotel confirmed that as long as I checked out by 11 AM I will be reimbursed for that second day. After a week I still had not seen a credit. I called eight business days after my stay and was reassured that my refund will be completed in 10 business days, if not, I should call back. I waited a total of 15 business days and called back to be told that I need to call again to speak to manager later that day. She still wasn’t there when I called later. Then I waited a couple of days and called again and was informed by someone else that there is no history of me checking out early, But I can speak to the manager. I called back numerous times and Left my contact information and I’ve not been able to reach anyone nor have I received a call back. I understand that I canceled early, but I was reassured by multiple people at the hotel that I would be refunded. At the very least a return call would be appropriate. I’m at a loss of what to do since it’s been over a month.
