Without question Quan Duquan was the best! Worked the front of the hotel in the evenings and was so kind and helpful. If he saw me trying to carry out some trash he'd stop me, take it and say hey that's my job. Just an all around star employee. No matter what I needed, towels, bedding or laundry change, Quan was right there to take care of our needs, and in a kind, courteous and professional manner. Expo in needs to find a way to clone this fella. Another standout employee was a new young lady can't remember her name blonde hair she just was hired on about the time you started staying at the expo in and she was so sweet and kind and does a great job for the company. We were able to check into our room early and went to the pool. It was very nice and then we ordered room service. The food was excellent overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was easy and quick. The eggs at the breakfast had sat too long.

I only come for the hot tub. The hot tub was not working. I called before to make sure, and the front desk assured it was. Wasted my money and time when I could’ve come another day when it was working properly.
