Summit Park Vacation Packages

I always like staying here. I’ve stayed here at least 25 times and every single time they ask me if it’s my first visit. How do some hotels know immediately I’ve been there and this one has no clue

We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room without hot water. This is unacceptable! The only reconciliation was a free breakfast at their restaurant. On top of that nightmare, the heat in that room didn’t work our entire stay and there were tiny black bugs crawling around the walls in our bathroom and sleeping area. Completely disgusting. I will never stay at this place again. It has almost ruined my family’s entire trip to Santa Fe. We had much better service and cleanliness from Bishops Lodge.

It’s a large place to accommodate groups. Overall it was an okay stay. We just suggest shower heads that aren’t dripping, mildew/mold clean up immediately and little maintenance upgrades on things that are older/falling apart. Also, there was a very loud event that started about 630 am in the morning in the parking lot, which was not ideal for getting rest. The biscochos were a nice touch.
