Air conditioning may have been the best part. Elevator not working. Staffing was slow. Smelled like smoke as soon as I walked into the lobby. Bathroom smelled like smoke once steam hit like it was in the walls. Stains on furniture.

The staff at the desk was excellent, but the waitress we encountered during breakfast seemed annoyed that we asked for a table to be cleaned off (those vacant had been cleared, but not wiped). She said she would clean it off, but after a few minutes of no result we left and got breakfast somewhere ...
