"While this location isn’t for everyone, I was so happy with it! We stayed here for a bee keeping class in Holly Hill. Property owner was so nice, the home was very clean, and we were able to bring our 2 dogs! The fenced in front yard was my favorite! I was also really happy with how well stocked it was- tin foil, good pots/pans, comfortable bed, waters & drinks, fans in every room, plenty of dishes, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. I also felt safe here. Perfect little getaway...

"Firstly to say how helpful,kind and friendly Kit is. She really goes out of her way to ensure you have the best experience possible. The property is in an ideal location with easy access to Charleston and Folly beach - although would definitely recommend you have a car. "We really enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location and there were several restaurants in walking distance from it. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The host was very responsive too!"

"I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! "Our hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is rustic and very close to restaurants and stores. The place was clean, but the bathroom is extremely small. Also, the driveway to the cottage is almost hidden since it is overgrown with trees."

"This is a cute property in a great location! It was modern and clean. It even had a washer/ dryer if you need it. Everything is done via technology, from check in to parking, to check out. They did have staff on site to help navigate all of it and she was super helpful. The one lane entrance/ exit was the only downfall. "
