"This is a basic room, with bed on a metal frame and is uncomfortable. You only get 2 towels/washcloths and have to take them back to the front desk to get clean towels. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. Mold was in the bathtub and the room smelled strongly of harsh cleaners and plastic. They also threw away our pillows instead of holding them in the lost and found for less than one day (no policy on throwing away items on company lost and found website page). There are no utensils, plates or cookware available unless you “rent/buy” them starting at $15. There are no restaurants within walking distance either. You also have to pay in full when you check in so you can’t leave early when you wish to. Front desk isn’t staffed after 10 pm, you have to call and see if they determine your request important enough to send someone or wait until morning. Won’t choose this brand of hotel ever again. "

"After a long drive (8+hours) it felt so nice to be greeted with a big smile and welcoming words from the front desk agent (Theresa). This wonderful young lady made our day….thank you Theresa!!!! We also cannot say enough about all other staff members that we came upon the next day. "Easy parking basic cereal breakfast. Room was clean. Was a lot of traffic noise loud vehicles racing on streets. Served its purpose for a nights rest."

"Made a reservation for my wife who stranded on the side of the road with our grandson after the car broke down. It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home"
