"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our dogs. 1st impression of walking into the hotel was not good. Looked dirty and run down. The front desk staff said as few words to us as possible. She wasn't rude, just not helpful. She asked our name. We let her know we were traveling with 2 dogs. She handed us the paperwork for the dogs and told us to fill it out. She looked at our driver's license and handed it back to us. She then handed us our room keys. We asked if we needed to come in the front doors and she said yes. She didn't tell us what room we were staying in, didn't tell us any other information about breakfast or any info about the other amenities. We got into the elevator to go to our room. Very strange inside of it. We had never seen an elevator with a black mat taped down in the middle and other items were taped up in the elevator. There is only one elevator. So either take the stairs or wait quite awhile for the elevator. The carpet on the 2nd floor looked dirty and very worn. Got into the room and it was pretty much the same. Our room did not smell bad. The AC had to be turned way down to get it to work and cool off the room. We did debate on even staying at the hotel for both nights and we started looking for another hotel. The hotel is not cared for, it needs to be updated. We did end up staying both nights. Also you can hear the people on the floor above you, they were very loud for hours, they finally stopped after 11 pm first night. Would not recommend."

"When we check-in the first day the front desk was really helpful. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel is about the breakfast, staff and the room. First, the breakfast the food and the coffee run out we went to tell the person that the food is out. She roll her eye at us and look us from the top to bottom. And the reason why I said “we” is cuz is not just me that went to tell the person in the kitchen to fill more food. There’s couple of people that went to tell them. When we went there, we saw they were just talking and don’t even bother to come and look at the breakfast station. And the butter, half and half and the ketchup all out. And there’s one lady that I want to tell her that there’s no more coffee she just walk away from me and called the other person to come talk to me. Enough about the breakfast. Room service. I request a room service every other day to clean the room and change the towel. They never clean the room and the change the towel. We are paid for the hotel to stay not beggar. The staff and the breakfast I would give it below terrible so rude. And also the room service is super terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I should have taking a picture of my room that never clean."
