Great staff great area

The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just felt for my family personally we only spent several Hours using those amenities and it could have been more cost effective for travelers. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to Others

Beautiful property right on the beach but unfortunately the cleaning staff was lacking. Questioned whether our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. When we arrived we walked out on the patio which has a beautiful view of the gulf but it was clear the housekeeper didnt even go out there as there were old gas station cups left and sand everywhere like it wasnt swept. Then when we walked in the bathroom there was an old tissue left on the bathroom floor followed by a pubic hair left on the shower wall. Last there was an old K cup left inside the coffee maker. All though it appeared the beds had been tended to it was clear that the cleaning staff did a poor job cleaning in between guests.

I had an outstanding stay at Hilton Garden Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—they made me feel welcomed right away and were always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made my stay feel relaxing and stress-free. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was clean, modern, and inviting. Every area, from the lobby to the dining space, reflected a high standard of care and attention to detail. The amenities were convenient and added to the overall experience. What truly stood out was the consistency in service and quality. You can tell the team takes pride in creating a positive guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
