This was a very good stay. Before I start, you must know before booking that this is a TIMESHARE PROPERTY. Very low pressure. That said, NO housekeeping unless you are there more than 7 days or if you want to pay $45 USD For it. They do provide you with clean towels, more coffee/etc. on request- no fee. I am someone who does enjoy a fresh cleaned room daily- so if that is important to you, keep this in mind. Ok now that that’s outta the way- clean, quiet, safe property. Nice basic rooms with keurig coffee makers. We would stay there again despite the lack of housekeeping. Security. Nobody is getting in that hotel who shouldn’t be there. Room key required for room access. GREAT location right beside printers ally. Easy access to broadway. I do recommend this “hotel” - which again, is a timeshare property with low pressure.

Thank you to Sydney. She was so helpful to us as we navigated tornado weather to make it to Nashville. Can't say enough good things about the Reserve. Beautiful, historical property.

Paid extra for a deluxe room with river view and the room had an unpleasant odor and the AC didn’t work properly. Amenities and location were great.

Our second time here. Hotel is amazing and the location is perfect. My only issue was with the valet employees. The service is expensive and it’s fine as long as the service matches. There were no opened doors or help with luggage. I’m not asking for much. Everything else was perfect!
