Das Hotel richtet sich klar an indonesische Familien mit kleinen Kindern: viele Kinderaktivitäten, hoher Lärmpegel, keine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Restaurantsituation ist unbefriedigend: Das kleine Strandrestaurant Way Manom bietet nur begrenzte indonesische Küche und ist nur zu den Hauptessenszeiten geöffnet. Mittags bleibt das Hauptrestaurant geschlossen, abends gibt...

"Points positifs : Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Points négatifs : chambre mal isolée et vétuste (beaucoup de rouille dans la salle de bain, chutes de bouts de plâtres du plafond, ménage non fait sous le lit…). La salle de sport est extrêmement mal entretenue, beaucoup de machines sont rouillées et inutilisables. C’est très en-dessous de la qualité habituelle hôtels Mercure. "
