"This is my first trip to Big Bear Lake. I spent about 3 weeks looking for a rental unit and finally decided on this one. I loved the room ! It was very comfortable, and there was very little noise and since it was a cabin rental, we did not have to worry about the cleaning crew coming unto the room each day. Everything was nearby. We enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is under construction which is asnt informed about so Monday morning we were woken to that. Saturday when we got there we had booked for the pool practically and I was told it's closed at check in another bummer they have fire pits on the property we thought was cool another thing closed. Everything we had booked it for was closed then in the room no matter what step you took it was creeping and cracking we could hear our neighbors walking the tub sound like we were gonna burst thru the floors it wasn't pleasant at all."

"Web site showed rooms with fireplaces and hotel lit up with restaurant. We were placed in the oldest part of the hotel. The coffee maker couldn’t reach the plug and I had to put it on the carpet to plug it in. No fireplace. The old wall heater smelled like burnt dust. Other than that the staff was friendly. Parking was easily accessible. Close to everything in the village."

"Great place to stay. Clean inside and out. Very helpful staff. Great recreational areas for kids and adults. Lager rooms, ours was the 2 b/d. Full kitchen with the basics included. Located right at the beginning of town. Lots to walk and see. Fantastic price. Your own grauge parking, one inside place plus outside parking."
