We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back!

All things considered our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.
When we booked we were informed about the construction work next door.. the week we stayed there was no construction being carried out, so we didn't encounter all construction noise.
The view from our room was excellent.
The location was perfect, right near the beach and a short walk to Pacific fair shopping centre.
All.in.all.we were really pleased with our stay

Our stay was fantastic. We had a problem with our kitchen tap it was fixed within an hour. We had a problem with jug not turning off. Replaced within 10 minutes.
Location was so central . We will definitely be staying there again . Staff were fantastic and do friendly. Definitely a 5 star from me.

Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age.
The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good.

Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.
