"The whole room was not cleaned. Sticky, dirty floors. Toilet did not work. I doubt the sheets were clean. Smell was horrible. Dried dog poop in the carpet. No blanket. I have bug bites all over my body. Shower was disgusting. Someone needs to report this place."

"Have stayed here many times while visiting Walsh University. In this stay service went beyond normal service standards: we had a flat tire from lodged metal piece obtained from prior evening drive in North Canton area. A hotel maintenance man helped us get the ultra tight lug nuts off with a longer improvised lug wrench, saved us time, worry, and money."
"Was exactly as advertised. Rooms were ready at promised check in times. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady who works at the front in evenings Sunday and Monday morning was a very hard worker and dealt with customers in a timely fashion although working alone. She deserves a raise for her calm demeanor in stressful situations and work ethic. Very pleased overall experience and will be using Hyatt as my new place to go when I visit family in the area.
